"Can I print the images myself?"

Yes. All of our packages come with full printing rights, so you’re welcome to print your images independently. However, the wall art we offer is produced using museum-grade materials, calibrated colour systems, and skilled craftsmanship—something high street printers can't match. Most clients choose our professionally finished products for their quality, durability, and timeless impact.

"Do you deliver the wall art?"

Yes, we offer free delivery on wall art orders over £3,000. For smaller orders, collection from the studio is preferred to ensure the safety and condition of your artwork.

"Can I pick up my order in person?"

Absolutely. Many clients prefer to collect their artwork directly from the studio. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready and arrange a collection time that suits you.

"How long does it take to receive my wall art?"

Once your order is placed and approved, production usually takes around 3 weeks. Some bespoke pieces or larger orders may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

"Can you help me choose the right size and style for my space?"

Yes, we offer a full design consultation to help you choose the ideal size, layout, and finish for your home. We can even show you digital mockups using a photo of your space to help you visualise the final result. In addition, we can hand stain your frames to match your furniture and interiors.

"What materials do you use for wall art?"

We use only professional labs and premium materials such as HD Acrylics, fine art paper, and solid wood frames. Our HD Acrylics are bonded using fine art adhesive, UV-protected, moisture-sealed, and certified to retain colour for 100+ years.

"Does your wall art come with any guarantee?"

Yes, our wall art comes with a manufacturer’s warranty and a 100-year colour guarantee when displayed under normal indoor conditions.

"What if I want a custom size?"

No problem. Most of our products are available in custom sizes, up to 3 metres in length. We’ll help you find the right proportions for your space and subject.

"Can I order wall art later, after the session?"

Yes, though we recommend ordering during your viewing session to take advantage of package credits and special pricing. If you’d like to order later, just get in touch—we archive your purchased images for 12 months after your session.

"Can I split my wall art credit between multiple pieces?"

Absolutely. Your £100 wall art credit (included with top-tier packages) can be used toward one large piece or several smaller ones—whatever works best for your space and style.
